Wherever you like, within reason! Most of my clients prefer to have their coaching sessions by telephone or Skype, as it’s easier to fit it into their busy schedule, and it can take place no matter where they are. I can do face to face if you prefer, subject to reasonable travel expenses.

Absolutely! The more committed you are to it, the greater your chance of success. I’ll provide the support, the structure, the inspiration, the challenge and the focus, but you’re ultimately responsible for implementing whatever we come up with in our sessions. Sound fair? To draw a comparison, it would be like going to a slimming class just for the weigh-in, still eating whatever you wanted to in between and being surprised that you’ve not lost any weight!

There isn’t a minimum or maximum number but it’ll take at least 6 sessions before you’ll see tangible results from any coaching programme.
