My name is Hugh Griffiths and I am an Associate Certifed Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coach Federation whose code of ethics I adhere to.
I am also a certified NLP Practitioner (NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming – think practical psychology), which is an ideal additional skill set to have as a coach.
Prior to working as a full time Coach, I spent 17 years working in the UK marketing industry, latterly as a Media Director with a leading London media agency, working on several famous brands. You can see more about my work history on my LinkedIn profile.
I became a Coach because it immediately made sense to me as a powerful way to support others to be more successful in their work and broader life. Now as an Executive and Business Coach I focus on helping the following people to be more successful in what they do through both training and coaching:
- Senior and middle leaders in the media and marketing industry
- Small business owner/managers
- Health Care professionals, particularly Osteopaths, Chiropractors (through my association with Painless Practice)
As well as coaching individuals, I coach teams and run training workshops for larger groups.
