Who do I help?

Although my background and experience lies predominantly in the media and marketing industry, my skills can help your people whatever industry you’re in. I work with current senior leaders and also those who will become the leaders of tomorrow.

Additionally, I work with ambitious business owners to grow and develop their businesses. I’m based in Berkhamsted and find that most of my clients are in Hertfordshire, Central London and the West End.

How do I help?

My one to one sessions are bespoke and target individual employee needs. Topics therefore vary enourmously, from current management challenges such as managing people and teams, managing time and resources, managing projects and difficult clients through to bigger organisational challenges such as strategic direction. I also coach groups or teams that have a shared challenge or opportunity, helping them to work better together and get results quicker.
